Parties and Agreement
Seller: Ensec AB ("Ensec", "we", "our")
Buyer: Individual or company over 18 years of age.
By completing a purchase, you accept these terms.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in SEK including VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices. Payment is made via Klarna, Apple Pay, Shopify Payments, cryptocurrency or bank card.
Delivery
Delivery normally takes 2–7 business days within Sweden. We are not liable for delays beyond our control. Free shipping over SEK 1,500 within Sweden.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. Returns must be in unbroken condition and original packaging. Business customers have no right of withdrawal unless otherwise agreed.

Complaints and Warranty
Complaints under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Warranty period: 5 years on all equipment from Ensec unless otherwise stated. For faults, contact support@ensec.se promptly.
Limitation of Liability
Ensec is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase value, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Disputes and Law
Swedish law applies. Disputes may be reviewed by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or by a general court.
We dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in Stockholm:
Sweden: 2–7 business days (PostNord MyPack)
Nordics: 4–10 business days
EU: 5–14 business days
UK: 7–14 business days (customs may apply)

Shipping Costs
Free shipping over SEK 1,500 within Sweden. Below this: SEK 49–149 depending on size/weight — exact price shown at checkout. International: SEK 149–499 depending on destination.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by PostNord (usually within 24 h of dispatch).
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Note: professional TSCM equipment and special-order security products are subject to separate purchase terms. See our for the return process.
Damaged / Lost Parcel
Inspect the parcel on receipt. If damaged — contact us within 7 days with photos. Lost parcel — we open an investigation with PostNord and replace within 10 business days.
