Video surveillance for different businesses
Shops
Cameras at the entrance, checkout and stockroom provide evidence in the event of theft and robbery and create a sense of security for staff. Read more in our guide to video surveillance for shops.
Offices
Focus on entrances, reception and rooms with expensive equipment, without unnecessarily monitoring workstations.
Warehouses and industry
Perimeter protection, loading docks and car parks. AI analytics reduces false alarms from animals, weather and changes in light.

Installation
Professional camera installation from Ensec starts from SEK 1,495. The installation includes a site survey, choice of camera placement, cabling, mounting and system configuration. The price depends on the number of cameras, the cabling and the complexity of the premises.
We always start with a free security assessment. In the Stockholm area you can read more about camera installation in Stockholm.
Rules for video surveillance in businesses
Private companies no longer need a permit from the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) to use camera surveillance. However, the business must comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Camera Surveillance Act. Among other things, this means:
- balancing the need for surveillance against the privacy of those being filmed
- limiting how long recorded footage is kept
- providing clear information about the camera surveillance, for example with signs
- taking particular care when employees are affected by the surveillance
We help you place the cameras so that they cover what is needed and no more. Responsibility for complying with the rules lies with the business. Read more at IMY and in our article Is video surveillance legal in Sweden?
