Standard installation is included in the Stockholm area. This means mounting the cameras on a facade or wall at normal working height, running cables along the facade, in the attic or through existing spaces, setting up the recorder and app, and an on-site walkthrough.
If your house needs more than that – for example extra-long cable runs, drilling through concrete or stone, digging, a lift or extra accessories – we give you a fixed price for the add-on before we start. You always approve first, no surprises.
Live outside the Stockholm area? Contact us and we'll quote a price including travel.

Prices and Payment
All prices are in SEK including VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices. Payment is made via Klarna, Apple Pay, Shopify Payments, cryptocurrency or bank card.
Delivery
Delivery normally takes 2–7 business days within Sweden. We are not liable for delays beyond our control. Free shipping over SEK 1,500 within Sweden.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. Returns must be in unbroken condition and original packaging. Business customers have no right of withdrawal unless otherwise agreed.

Disputes and Law
Swedish law applies. Disputes may be reviewed by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or by a general court.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by PostNord (usually within 24 h of dispatch).
Right of Withdrawal

Damaged / Lost Parcel
Inspect the parcel on receipt. If damaged — contact us within 7 days with photos. Lost parcel — we open an investigation with PostNord and replace within 10 business days.
