Prices and Payment
All prices are in SEK including VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices. Payment is made via Swish, card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Klarna, PayPal or Trustly.
Delivery
Delivery normally takes 3–7 business days within Sweden. We are not liable for delays beyond our control. Free shipping within Sweden from SEK 1,500.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. Returns must be in unbroken condition and original packaging. Business customers have no right of withdrawal unless otherwise agreed.

Disputes and Law
Swedish law applies. Disputes may be reviewed by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or by a general court.

Shipping Costs
Sweden: SEK 99 for orders under SEK 1,500. Free shipping within Sweden from SEK 1,500.
EU: SEK 239 for orders under SEK 2,000. SEK 399 for orders from SEK 2,000. The amount is converted into your local currency and shown at checkout.
Other countries: the shipping cost is shown at checkout.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by PostNord (usually within 24 h of dispatch).
Right of Withdrawal

Damaged / Lost Parcel
Inspect the parcel on receipt. If it is damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. If a parcel is lost, we open an investigation with PostNord and replace it within 10 business days.
