Description: The VK-NVR2216-16P is Movok's 16-channel NVR – built for facilities where 8 cameras are not enough. The built-in 16-port PoE switch provides both power and network traffic to up to 16 cameras over a single Ethernet cable per camera. No separate switch, no extra power adapters, no cable clutter – everything goes through the same rack unit.
Recording is done in up to 4K (3840 × 2160) per channel with H.265 compression. Two SATA slots for drives of up to 14 TB each provide a total storage capacity of 28 TB – enough for months of continuous 4K recording from a full setup. 4K HDMI output for professional monitors and VGA for parallel setup.
For larger installations, it's the integration that makes the difference: 8 alarm inputs and 4 alarm outputs allow you to connect external motion detectors, door contacts, fire alarms, sirens, and lighting directly to the NVR. RS-485 port for PTZ control or integration with other security systems. When a camera detects intrusion, the NVR can simultaneously trigger a strobe, an audible alarm, an email, and start extra recording – all automatically without an external central unit.
AI functions run via the cameras on all 16 channels simultaneously: human/vehicle detection, face detection, perimeter protection, and SMD. AI search allows you to find events in recordings by target class – "show all cars that passed the entrance last night" – instead of manually scrubbing through hours of footage.
This model is suitable for medium to large commercial facilities: hotels, restaurants, warehouses, office buildings, parking lots, schools, healthcare facilities, and real estate companies with 9–16 IP cameras. If you need more than 16 channels, upgrade to the 7-series.
Important about bandwidth: Total IP bandwidth is 96 Mbps in/out. For a full 16-camera setup in 4K, the bitrate per camera needs to be adjusted (e.g., 4–6 Mbps per stream instead of 8). This is not an issue with 1080p cameras.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns
